Hypnotherapy is a short-term therapy and as such, five to eight sessions are necessary to achieve desired changes for the long term. The first four sessions take place on a weekly basis. After that we reevaluate your results and any subsequent sessions take place weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
First session €100 (1 hour 15 minutes)
Subsequent sessions: €80 (1 hour)

I believe that the majority of individuals can be hypnotised. However, the level of hypnosis achieved may vary from person to person. Factors such as willingness to be hypnotised, the ability to focus and concentrate, and the level of trust and rapport with the hypnotherapist can all influence the effectiveness of hypnosis. It's important to note that hypnosis is a cooperative process and cannot be forced upon someone who is unwilling or resistant.
Hypnosis is not recommended for those with epilepsy or psychotic illnesses.
