Having studied Clinical Hypnosis & Strategic Psychotherapy with the Institute of Applied Psychology (IAP), Sydney, Australia, I have undergone lengthy training in the field of hypnotherapy and strategic psychotherapy.

 

I assist people to bring about changes which help them live and cope better with day-to-day life, or during a time when things are particularly difficult.  I do this within a down-to-earth, non-judgmental environment.  

 

I have experience of working with clients dealing with a wide range of topics from anxiety, depression, fears, anger, insomnia, self-esteem, menopause symptoms, to those experiencing life transitions and more.

My qualification is recognised & accredited by the Australian Hypnotherapy Association (AHA). 

In addition, I have a business degree and 20 years corporate experience.
